Question 1

What is DealSignal AI?

Accepted Answer

DealSignal AI is an AI-powered finance tool built specifically for car dealerships. It analyzes every F&I deal across 7 risk factors — including FICO score, LTV, loan age, reserve, product stacking, and more — to detect chargeback risk before it happens and protect dealership reserve income.

Question 2

How does DealSignal AI help prevent F&I chargebacks?

Accepted Answer

DealSignal AI scores every deal at upload, flags high-risk deals instantly, and monitors the critical 31–90 day lender chargeback window. It provides F&I managers and finance directors with plain-English explanations of exactly why a deal is flagged, enabling proactive customer outreach before chargebacks occur.

Question 3

Which DMS systems does DealSignal AI support?

Accepted Answer

DealSignal AI supports all major DMS platforms including CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, and Tekion. You can upload deal data directly from any of these systems using CSV or Excel exports.

Question 4

Can DealSignal AI track F&I manager performance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DealSignal AI includes an F&I Manager Scorecard that shows risk breakdown by manager, reserve exposure, and deal volume. Finance directors can quickly identify which managers are structuring high-risk deals and take corrective action.

Question 5

Is DealSignal AI secure and compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. DealSignal AI is built on SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. All deal data is processed securely and never shared with third parties.
